About Bawadi

Bawadi is the largest hospitality and leisure development in the region. The 200 billion AED project will add an additional 51 luxury hotels, and over 59,000 rooms to Dubai. Bawadi will be the longest development of hotels in the world, with a length of 10 kilometers. The project is expected to stimulate direct growth in the tourism industry within the UAE – offering fine dining, cultural exhibitions, amazing architecture and entertainment.

Each of the 51 hotels in Bawadi will be uniquely themed, and Bawadi will also boast of the world’s largest hotel – Asia Asia Hotel & Resort with 6500 rooms.

The Bawadi master plan calls for a 10-kilometre long boulevard in Dubai which will have 51 hotels and more than 60,000 rooms. One of the projects of this investment is the Asia-Asia Hotel which will be the largest hotel in the world with more than 6,500 rooms. The development will have hotels along the strip that consist of Asian, Universal, American (countries), Middle Eastern, African, and European themes. Examples include the Wild Wild West Hotel for an American theme. The project costs about USD 100 Billion.
