The Mile-High Tower is a skyscraper planned for construction in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The US$13.6 billion project is being proposed by Al-Waleed bin Talal’s Riyadh-based Kingdom Holding Company. At 1,600 m (5,250 ft) it would be the tallest building ever constructed.
